As a highly experienced garments pattern maker with 6 years of experience, I specialize in creating patterns for shirts, pants, jackets for man, woman, kids also and other items using the advanced Lectra, Optitex, Gt Cad, Tuka & CLO3D Modris software.

What I do
Providing costing
When buyers provide specifications through merchandisers, I quickly and efficiently perform fabric consumption and costing using CAD software. This fast and accurate process helps in grabbing orders by providing timely, data-driven estimates—ensuring competitiveness, professionalism, and alignment with buyer expectations in the garment production workflow.
FABRIC booking
After order confirmation, I also handle fabric booking to ensure timely sourcing and smooth production flow. With a clear understanding of fabric requirements and consumption, I coordinate effectively with suppliers to secure the right materials—supporting on-time delivery and maintaining quality standards throughout the garment manufacturing process.
devlopment pattern
I develop patterns based on provided specifications or even from a simple sketch. With attention to detail and technical accuracy, I create production-ready patterns for the first development sample—ensuring the design intent is met and providing a strong foundation for further sampling and garment production.
pp to size set
After creating the first fit sample, I proceed with pattern corrections based on fitting feedback. Once approved, I perform grading for all required sizes and prepare the patterns for Pre-Production (PP) and Size Set samples—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for bulk production.

After the PP sample is approved, I make size-based corrections to the pattern and apply all buyer comments, including technical and fitting adjustments. This ensures the final pattern is fully accurate and production-ready, maintaining quality and consistency as the style moves into the bulk production phase.

If needed, I create 3D samples using CLO3D to visualize the garment before production. This helps in making quick design decisions and accurate adjustments. I also modify or develop new designs directly in 3D, ensuring the final outcome meets both aesthetic and technical requirements efficiently.
